I think it is a mental thing at this point. He definitely has the speed but I am wondering if he is thinking too much out there.
Cooper Webb may be the domino, depending on how he does in the outdoors?!
Same with Tomac, now that he is racing the outdoors this year I wonder if next year is a possibility
Gajser has some of the biggest crashes! He usually somehow walks away from them too, but unfortunately it looks like he wasn’t able to on this one.
It is frustrating seeing Chase come so close and then crash. He’d be in the points lead if he didn’t keep crashing while up front.
He has so much speed. I will admit, as I was watching I was waiting for the mistake (hoping it wouldn’t happen) but there it was. It almost reminded me when I used to love watching JS7 race, was so fast but I was always waiting for him to throw it away because it happened so often.
Another thing I found interesting was that crash had the same type of feel of Indianapolis last year where the front end washed and through him for a big one on the last lap of the race when he was leading.
ready for a great day! Who does everyone have for tonight ?
Some counterpoints (kinda)
· I don’t see Robertson having a great night, he only won by being less stupid than most
· Tomac probably didn’t like the traction conditions and decided to relax for the whole main event, which isn’t a stupid thing in a 17-round championship
· Webb and Sexton’s performance in Tampa was a one-off until proven otherwise and this also includes Roczen. While ET3 is very capable in the wet, maybe now he’s old enough to not bother trying, and then you got K-Roc and the rest doing great… in special conditions. When it comes to judging riders, Tampa should only count as a precedent if we find another somewhat-wet night in this season.
Good points. I’ll be curious to see how Tomac bounces back in Oakland. We know he is smart and doesn’t take too many chances as that has worked out well for him in the past.

I feel Anderson is just going for one-off wins and, if he ain’t got the start, he’s 100% willing to kick Justin’s ass and/or prove he’s the vastly superior rider
Which is crazy because he has top 3 speed, but he just makes bad decisions out there.
Lawrence – Dude was on a mission, thought he was going to fall short but he proved me wrong.
Thrasher – The win was his, just couldn’t keep it together the last lap. He looked really good otherwise.
Anstie – Two races, two podiums for Max. He seems like the real deal.
Deegan – Kid has the speed and is showing everyone he is the real deal.
Tampa was very interesting.
Tomac – He looked a bit off all day, I expected a 3rd not a 5th from him.
Webb – Here he comes, all aboard the web train. He looked solid and didn’t let chase run away.
Craig/AC – Another disappointing weekend
AC has been underwhelming. I know he is playing it safe but I expected better results.
I thought Deegan would be 7-10, but he really impressed.
Craig looked better but had bad luck, I think he has a good ride soon.
Eli made a statement tonight. After getting passed and dropped by Sexton in the heat race, he really found another gear in the main.
The 250 east class seems a little weak. Great debuts for Deegan and Hymas though.
Enzo himself says it’s pronounced the way you say is wrong.
I worked for a Portuguese company for like 7 months (I’m in the credits of some 2018 videogame), there was a Lopes in the team and he was LOH-pes. Surnames and names aren’t up to interpretation, there’s a right and wrong way. It’s like how even Buddy Antúnez has been saying his own surname wrong for as long as I can check.
I have never worked on a video game in my life and have no experience in Portuguese whatsoever. What I do have is a conversation with Enzo himself asking how to pronounce his last name.
Straight to the source! I like it.

Are we really arguing about this?
A2 Triple Crown was very exciting, these triple crowns product a lot of drama from a fans perspective. It was also very cool seeing the SX future class run during the night show, I think that is a great addition.
250 Class
– Levi Kitchen – What a bounce back from Levi’s DNF last week when he went down off of the start. We know he has the speed, its just been the crashes that has set him back.
– Stilez Robertson – Great ride for Stilez. Getting the win in the 2nd main, and just being in the mix. Glad to see him get a podium on a regular supercross track as people only think he is good out daytona/outdoors.
– Jett Lawrence – Jett is clearly the fastest 250 rider on the west, but he continues to show that he is not consistent in these triple crown races.
450 Class
– Chase Sexton – Chase looked good all day, I had him picked for the win. He has his issues in the 2nd main, but I think he was the best guy on Saturday.
– Jason Anderson – Jason finally put it together and got on the box, I think this is what we expected out of Jason this year.
– Ken Roczen – Kenny has started this year off great. Everyone saying he doesn’t look the same on the Suzuki, but he has went 5,4,3 in the first three rounds.
