The three of them sat around a campfire at the end of the day and told a bunch of stories and answered questions. It was awesome… each of them have so much personality. Stoked to share it.

   How are y’all this dumb? Spanish has -ez surnames (equivalent to -son, -sson, -sen, etc surnames in other languages), Portuguese has -es ones.

   • Rodríguez vs Rodrigues (remember Joaquim and Helder?)
   • Gonzálvez vs Gonçalves
   • López vs Lopes

   You’ve been butchering that kid’s surname all his racing career, poor thing was probably too shy/nice to call you out but now that he’s becoming famous it’s driving me insane. Get your act together. You don’t mess up the French ones much at all, rather odd.

   If everybody in the industry is butchering it, why doesn’t he correct anybody?  I’ll reach out to him about this, but keep calling people stupid on here and we’ll send you back to the other forum where that is the norm. Cool?

I’ll add this… don’t sleep on Dylan Ferrandis. Sloan said he was “meh” but he didn’t get a great start and closed in on the lead trio by the end of the race. If he can keep building confidence and stay healthy he will win before the season is over.
I think Craig could also steal one, given the right circumstances.

I feel like he’s had bad timing… left Yamaha right before they went to Star and figured that bike out. Went to KTM right when they made a frame change that ruined the way the bike handled for those guys. Let’s hope they have it figured out this year. AP is rad.

I still think you can make them big and keep it safe… just don’t build them at the end of a lane. Make them right at the turn exit so guys struggle to get speed into them. This also forces them high in the turn, which creates passing opportunities. Small whoop create higher speeds which are worse when they do crash.

Just curious after listening to Roczen on the Pulp show if Ping ever did try and do some reporting before putting that information out that Roczen. It’s not a good look on either side with the weird interview his agent gave as well. Why not give his agent or Roczen a call though to get some information? I’m assuming Ping has that information.

 

 

When Ping released the information stating KTM didn’t want Kenny because he refused to take a drug test was he meaning the one he refused but later took at WSX or one that KTM wanted him to take?

 

If it was the one for WSX then why not put in the information that he eventually took it? If it was a different one just for KTM it sounded like from Kenny that’s not true and KTM was in talks all the way up until he signed with HEP. I just feel like if Ping would have reached out and reported this information accurately it wouldn’t have blown up like this.

I did speak with Astephen, Roczen’s agent. My point with Roczen was that KTM were considering putting something together for him, even if that was internal and Ken wasn’t aware of it. His agent says this wasn’t true and that they hadn’t been talking to them, though he did say they talked with them about GasGas as an option and Ken didn’t want to leave Fox.
When Ken refused the test in Australia, which he eventually took after Astephen caused a scene, my source says that KTM cooled talks of trying to make something work. My source is internal at KTM, so he has knowledge of what goes on. That’s all I said.
I never speculated that he failed the test, the results of which have not been released. That was never the point.
